Trainline – Price Prediction

As part of a collaborative team effort, I played a leading role in a campaign tied to the launch of an innovative new app feature, Price Prediction. This was a prime opportunity to make an impact and design something truly memorable.

The striking, space-age crystal ball perfectly complements the mystical tone of the copy, offering customers a glimpse into a money-saving future. Collaborating closely with the Motion Designer, we shared responsibilities for both ideation and execution.

The goal of price prediction is to make train ticket prices transparent, saving customers money and in return, earn their long-term trust.

It was originally available on app since 2017 but was turned off due to COVID. Those who interacted with the feature save on average extra £6.22 per booking.
