I have introduced a refreshed brand identity that reflects the energy and innovation of the diverse team. The reimagined brand is striking and lively, embodying the essence of unity and underscoring the significance of collective learning and advancement.

The event is organised by the tech cohort, and it was essential to reflect this aspect in the brand world. To achieve that, subtly muted black and white close-ups of people have been used, showcasing the diverse and talented workforce. These individuals have been prominently featured at every opportunity and complemented with a series of illustrations, introducing vibrant splashes of colour and moments of delight.
Introducing the ‘Interchanger’
These have been used to add warmth and communicate the Tech Summit in a honest, approachable and engaging way. The tracks are continuous, adding an element of playfulness as they wrap around the speakers, empowering them and putting their voice at the centre of the brand.
A more reduced colour palette
Reducing the colour palette has enchanced the focus on the individual. The timeless principle of "less is more" remains applicable here, underscoring the importance of simplicity.
